Chers membres,

Nous espérons que vous vous portez bien et que vous vivez la situation actuelle du mieux possible. N’hésitez pas à communiquer avec nous si vous en avez le besoin. Nos bureaux sont ouverts aux heures habituelles.

Les membres du Conseil d’administration ont tenu une séance extraordinaire le 5 mai dernier afin de voir les possibilités et prendre des décisions en lien avec nos services de l’été 2020. Comme vous le savez, la COVID-19 nous demande de revoir nos procédures et nos façons de faire et nous devons nous plier aux exigences et balises mises en

place par la Santé publique. Bien que les balises pour les camps de jour ne soient pas encore connues, nous savons déjà qu’une distanciation sociale sera exigée et qu’elle sera difficile à respecter.

Ainsi, nous nous voyons dans l’obligation de suspendre pour l’été 2020 nos séjours (5 jours et 4 nuitées) à Saint-Luc et à la Colonie ainsi que le transport vers notre camp de jour. Nous sommes conscients des inconvénients que vous en vivrez ainsi que la peine faite à nos membres, mais aucune règle de distanciation ne peut être respectée et mise en place pour ces deux services.

Pour le camp de jour, aucune décision n’a été prise. Les administrateurs et la direction demeurent à l’affut des recommandations qui seront faites et des mesures que nous devront prendre afin d’être en mesure de l’offrir. Pour le moment, aucune information ne nous permet de prendre la décision concernant le camp de jour. On communiquera avec vous dès que nous serons en mesure de prendre cette décision. Nous vous invitons tout de même tout de suite à regarder quelles sont vos options puisqu’il se pourrait que nous devions annuler complètement notre été.

Pour les membres inscrits ayant besoin du service de transport (tous les jours, quelques fois, etc.), maintenez-vous vos inscriptions? Serez-vous en mesure d’offrir le transport à votre enfant ou résident? Merci de communiquer avec nous afin de mettre nos listes de participants à-jour.
